Nature of Services

Our services primarily involve professional consultation, legal advisory, documentation support, compliance management, taxation assistance, and regulatory services.

Due to the professional nature of these services and the time, expertise, and resources involved, refunds are subject to the conditions set out below.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled and conducted, irrespective of the outcome of the consultation.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only where:

• Service execution has not commenced;
• No documentation or drafting work has been initiated;
• No filing, submission, or representation has been undertaken; and
• No significant professional resources have been allocated to the engagement.

Approval of refunds shall remain solely at the discretion of Vinay Sagar Services.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be available in the following circumstances:

• Work has commenced;
• Drafts, reports, or documents have been prepared;
• Applications or filings have been submitted;
• Government or statutory fees have been paid;
• Delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide information or documents;
• Services are delayed due to government authorities or third parties;
• Applications are rejected despite proper filing and compliance efforts.

Government and Third-Party Charges

Government fees, statutory charges, filing fees, payment gateway charges, and third-party costs are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Partial Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Vinay Sagar Services reserves the right to deduct:

• Consultation fees;
• Documentation and drafting charges;
• Administrative expenses;
• Processing fees; and
• Third-party costs already incurred.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.

Modification of Policy

Vinay Sagar Services reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
